Could you really get pink eye if someone farts in your face?

If so, i might need to clean my pillow case because my sister farts on it when she is mad at me.

Just the smell alone should be enough I would think..but other than that..no you can't.

I think that's when they spray crap in your eye, or you (or they) touch their butt hole and then your eye. My cat's got an ongoing problem with that.
