I have ISO movie file in my hard disk. how can i play this file?

You have 2 options:

a) Uncompress the ISO file with either
- www.rarlabs.com (winrar)
- www.winiso.com (winiso)

b) Download a CD emulator like Daemon Tools which will allow you to load the ISO file and make your PC think it's an outright CD. http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download…

You'd have to either get a program like Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools to mount the file to emulate a CD/DVD...or burn it to a disc using a program like Nero or UltraISO.

You can't simply "play" an .iso file in a media player; it's not a movie file, it's a disc image.

It is not a movie file. ISO files are actually images of complete CDs compiles as one whole image, just like Ghost does for hard disks and partitions. ISO images can be loaded into several different CD recording software packages to create CDs.

ya u can view the file but not directly........... use ULTRA ISO or POWER ISO applications to convert the image file into a media file and play it in nero........ but if u have VLC MEDIA PLAYER, it'll help u a lot


application needed :

1. ULTRA ISO or POWER ISO
2. VLC MEDIA PLAYER


first extract the image file using the extract or convert command in ULTRA ISO and save it particular location... and using vlc media player u can view it....

nice, to hear that ISO is a movie file......

so
install WINRAR and select the ISO file and
extract it into any folder with such large space...

then drag and drop the file you have into
any player like GOMplayer,KMplayer or anything

and if it doesnt play, come again here !
