What Quran said about people who does dzikr & zakat?

believe in One G-d, believe in resurraction day, and do good things in the world.
(they have different name to call their G-d)


will they be punished in hell as rejector (kaafirun) ?

how should we threat them in term of eating animal slaughter by this people?


please advise, thanks.

Allaah said in the Quran (what means):

"Verily those who believe, those who follow the Jewish (Scriptures), the Christians and the Sabians any who believe in Allaah and the Last Day, and work righteousness all have their reward with their Lord; they will not be overcome by fear nor grief.” [Quran 2:62]

And:“If only they had stood by the Law, the Injeel, and all the revelation that was sent to them from their Lord, they would have enjoyed happiness from every side. There is from among them a party on the right course; but many of them follow a course that is evil." [Quran 5:66]

“That which you worship besides Him are only names you and your forefathers have invented for which Allaah has sent down no authority. The command belongs only to Allaah. He has commanded that you only worship Him; that is the right religion, but most men do not understand." [Quran 12:40]

Allah Also states: "Say (O Muhammad): 'O people of the Scripture: Come to a word that is just between us and you, that we worship none but Allaah, and that we associate no partners with Him, and that none of us shall take others as lords besides Allaah.’ Then, if they turn away, say: ‘Bear witness that we are Muslims.’" [Quran 3:64]


From all these verses we can clearly see that anyone who believes in oneness of Allah and in the day of Judgment, Allah will reward them accordingly.

Allah says (meanings in English): {Made lawful to you this day are Attayyibat (all kinds of lawful foods). The food of the people of the scripture is lawful to you and yours is lawful to them}[5:5].

You remember Allah, He will remember you. As far as zakat, it is obligitory (one of the five pillars of Islam)...very important

muslims who donate money and pray and dont sin are bound for jannah...but the others that are not muslim (Kuffar) are not going to be let into jannah. i think the only kufrs to be let into jannah is if they were given a life-threatening disease that lasted for years until the passing away, or if the kufr (or anyone for that matter) is murdred.

Caliph Abu Bakar fought against those who didnt give Zakat .. but its a state thingie .. now there is no true islamic state .. unless the zakat is institutionalized .. u cant really fight again them and hold them responsible. AND its not a criteria for doing good in Islam :) its an obligatory ibadat.

a Muslim is one who believes in Allah as one true God and believes Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to be the true and last prophet.

Shirk is definied in Suraj Ikhlas .. if u talk abt christians they do shirk now by saying Jesus is God... Jews however do not do it..

abt eating then .. its preferable to eat zabiha .. on which Allah's name is taken .. if ure in difficult situation then next is kosher since they arent doing shirk either .. but i aitn sure abt Christians :-s and they barely follow their book .. they dont even do slaughter like we and jews do .. which makes all the blood come out of the animal.

Anyways im confused abt this too .. I live in a muslim country .. we dont eat any non-halal or non-zabihah meat or products when we go abroad but ive heard some muslims doing it ... so Allah knows the Best

Secondly believing in the day of resurrection isnt the criteria .. u know Iman-e-mujammil ... it mentions 7 things which u have to believe in .. in order to be a muslim. Then read surah Asr .. which tells 4 things u need to do in order to get ur self out of "khasara". But we are noone to judge who will end up in hell and who won't.. its Allah (SWT)'s job .. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills!
