I am serious problems with the site is out of the air, and my domain has been registered wrong, needs to change to .org to .com.br, but we are already sending email two weeks and so far no response.

The only way I help them is through the mail, because they must exchange the area, I live in Brazil is very expensive call for support in the USA. The aid in the Yahoo site does not work for my case unfortunately, because it is registered as wrong (. Org), and I need to be (. Com.br). At this time Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. Also try using the YAHOO HELP button. Yahoo is there to help use. I use HELP all the time. Or call Yahoo Hotline [phone]. Or this number 1-800-699-2466.
