I am looking for a USB driver for my cell phone the driver needed is Motorola A41x/v32x please help?

Question

I have a motorola c290, which does not have any settings to change the connection to be recognized by any operating system. I have tried both Windows XP and Mac OSX. Windows says that it needs a drive. Mac doesn't so much as recognize that it is plugged in.

You will need to join the Forum before you can download the file, but that won't cost you anything.

NB: http://www.hellomoto.com website doesn't contain drivers; just games, ringtones etc.

Hi Samuel,

You need to get Motorola Phone Tools. It's a nifty program you put on your computer and you can connect to your phone and do all kinds of neat stuff.

The cheapest and fastest way to get it is to buy it on eBay. You can get if for less then $5.00 and then download it so there is no shipping cost.

For current eBay listings go to eBay and do a search for "Motorola Phone Tools". Look at the ones that offer digital delivery. I have seen it as cheap as $2.60

Once you have the software Motorola updates it free forever.

The only way you can get drivers from Moto is buy the CD (along with the data cable... even if you have one)
