any good piper should be able to create snow flakes and white chocolate snow flakes to put on your cake

i'm thinking light blue icing and white snowflakes piped on with iridecent paint and silver paint touches to accent the flakes
then white chocolate flakes put on the cake at decoration!

Find snowflake stencils, frost your cake white, mix powdered sugar with a tiny bit of blue (or any color) food coloring in the blender, and sift over the stencils.

This one is not a snowflake cake,
BUT I think the "sugar wisps" covering the fondant would be beautiful for a winter wedding. And you can always have them put decorative snowflakes on there.
