Why does John McCain has such fat cheeks?

In almost all of his media photos, John McCain has fat cheeks!! It looks so disproportionate to the rest of his body. Anyone got an explination for his 'chipmunk' syndrome?

I'm not sure, I've heard that he had some sort of cancer in his face.That's a cruel thing to say....

Its funny that republicans are quick to make fun of Hillary's "cankles" yet you point out the superficial irrelevant flaws of their champion and it's akin to slandering Jesus Christ!

Would being tortured by the Vietnamese and having jaw broken satisfy you?......... along with 2 broken arms, a broken knee from ejecting from plane, then having shoulder broken by viet cong dragging him out of the water, oh and don't forget them stabbing him as well......... all in the service of his country.............contrast that to Hillary Clintons so called 35 years of service, damn lie, she brings peace to Ireland by having a tea party and discussing TEA POTS with women, and she thinks she is fooling people in that she is ready from day one to be C in C

And for the people above, no he was not born with any of the broken bones he has had, do some research before coming out with comments like that. Look at a photo of him before he went to Vietnam, and show some gratitude for the mans service,

He had a cancerous growth removed several years ago. As a Vietnam vet I wish people would do research before they start passing gas about something they know nothing about. McCain did not suffer the injuries that Paddy states above. He claims it in his book. He was in the "Plantation" and every P.O.W. there said there was no prisoner abuse. There is a member of the House that was in the Hanoi Hilton with him. He will not speak to McCain or of him.Who said he was a "War Hero" other than himself. There is no witness to what he claims. My American Legion Post call him "Hanoi John". He had his P.O.W. records sealed by an Act of Congress. When he went to Vietnam and embraced those he claimed tortured him, to "normalize relations" he also worked a politician deal with the Communist to seal his P.O.W. records. Why would a "War Hero" need to have his P.O.W. records sealed . Name one other Vietnam Vet that had his P.O.W. records sealed. He also stopped, singled handed the Senate investigations into the un-accounted for P.O.W.'s and M.I.A. Links below. Live and learn from those of us that were there. Odd no veteran organizations have endorsed him don't you think.
Additional: Nearly everything Paddy quotes above is out of McCains book. U.S. News and World Report May 1989 McCain in his own word states how after three days as a captive he gave information to the N.V.A. that jepordized military operations and peoples lives.
