When I worked in the ER we would use the word GOMER. It means Get Out Of My Emergency Room, for those that really didn't need ER care. You know paper cuts, bloody noses and that kind of stuff. We also had those that were CTD which means circling the drain.

No but one of out vets once wrote OAWTF and when we asked what it meant she said Owner Away With The Fairies! We had a laugh before deleting it just in case. Also after a post on here I have occasionally put "bull-shitz" in the place for breed when people have given some daft designer label for their cross breed as a protest but the vet usually corrects it when the owner comes explaining it as a "clerical error" and inserting malti-poo, porkie or some such waffle instead!

The hospital I work for does not do that, but it's not uncommon for Vet's and Vet Tech's to use some sort of code for rude or obnoxius owners. We used to put a star on the records of pets with really rude owners, just to give everyone in the hospital a "heads up" next time they came in.

No, but our dog is very, VERY stupid! Oh and he doesn't pay the vet bills.
