Latter Day Saint or Mormon. People like Mormon girls as nannies because they don't drink or smoke, are modest, are generally used to kids since they generally come from large families and usually aren't dating since their boyfriends are off on missions.

Well, LDS is a religion (I'm a member). The official name of the church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We are more frequently known as "Mormon". It just means she's a nanny who is also LDS.
