The organization is within us...If we could become more organized AND disciplined then we would feel as though we could accomplish many things. I would love to have help becoming more organized and focused. Contributing something, anything to society is the ultimate goal. There are two other things that are really important: body strength and movement such as swimming or some other form of exercise because depressed people usually stop moving and then become obese and more depressed....and doing something creative that you never dreamed you could do such as oil painting. Having accomplished people actually listen and take one serious rather than having their own agenda and being condescending is a confidence builder as well. We come from a broken, scattered society that needs to be restored. Where each person is considered valuable. There are more and more children coming from broken, drug addicted homes...what will become of them? Can some organization teach them the things that the parents were supposed to teach? Work ethics, handling a checkbook, cooking healthfully instead of fast foods and pizza...the value of a family sitting down together at the dinner table...Wow. That is almost unheard of these days. I won't go into religion as that is best kept separate, but, it can change a person's life. How about valuing and respecting teachers as much as a movie star. How about going back to real teaching rather than the "No kid left behind", deal that did not work. The kids know how to pass tests but they have no knowledge. How about more "Big Brothers", helping young boys become men. I wanted to get my Son into that when he was young because even though there was a Father he was military and was not only physically gone a lot, he was also emotionally absent from his Son. It broke my heart and you know what...there was such a need for mentors that they said they could do nothing for my Son because he had never been in trouble. Now days I would not trust a man with my Son because the media protrays men in such a negative light. You know there use to be honesty in Journalism but that is a thing of the past. There is a whatever sells mentality. I know I didn't speak of an actual, physical organization because the needs are so many. Haha I was thinking of basic training and visiting a 3rd world country to bring up one's appreciation level and then I realized that was already happening and it is called "The Iraq War" Mmm

I don't know that an organization can help anyone fulfill their life dreams, but perhaps it can inspire one to start pursuing them.

It starts with the individual. One has to know what it is they want before they can go achieve it..... and more importantly, they need to 'define' what a dream is vs. reality and what success means to THEM. It means different things to different people.

For some it's material. For others more humanitarian. And others still - to simply find peace within. 'Dreams' are fueled by hope.... but they are fulfilled by faith and conviction.

Without this 'mix' of the essentials, no dream can truly be realized with the authentic passion behind it if consciousness about what the dream truly means isn't placed at a level where 'happiness' is derived.

Some people cannot be led... and no matter how strong an organization, there is no leadership which can drive an independent spirit toward their dream until they are willing to see it for what it is.

It is similar to addiction.... in that an addict cannot be helped until they are willing to be helped. One with a dram cannot be inspired unless they are open toward being inspired.

Everyone has potential. But there is a fine line between capability and willingness to live up to it....

    Namaste.

This is a difficult thing to accomplish because the heart of an "organization" is typically powered by the minds & ideals of a group of individuals. You'd have to have a group of like-minded people at the center who are unanimously focused on manifesting the same goal of seeking ONLY to help others to the fulfillment and realization of THEIR goals. For an organization to truly inspire others, the individuals steering the direction of the organization would ALL have to be working towards the same outcome, contributing the same type of energy, in a synergistic manner. In other words, at the heart of the organization there would have to BE a heart.

I think it depends on what you mean by "organisation"...There are different types of organisations and we utilise them in different ways.....If you mean organisation as in a company that one is employed by, then it can help us to fulfill our dreams by giving us a comfortable work atmosphere, great colleagues and job satisfaction which are all imperative if one it to lead a happy and meaningful life. Moreover an organisation can directly influence how much we help others by giving to charity, vis the wages and bonuses accorded to us.....

If you mean "organisation" as in an NGO or charity, then it can help by By providing guidance and support in our humanitarian endeavours, such as cancer research or poverty eradication etc etc etc....

There are many ways. One is guidance. Another is encouragement. In the UK, there are many such organisations, one is the Princes Trust. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prince%… I personally know people who have gained from this.

First off let me say it is an honor to be asked a question by a person whom I look to for inspiration and help. I truly enjoyed reading "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Sucess" and I have referred it to many of my friends. Okay, enough of my babbling.

An organization can help me fulfill my dreams by doing many things:

    1. Help me recognize what my potential is and what steps I can take to gain the maximum benefit of my potential.
    2. Educate me on being responsibile and treat me in a manner that will promote a healthy attitude on life that is respectful not only to myself but to everyone that I come in contact with.
    3. Allow me to be an individual and to grow. Knowing that in order to learn some of lifes lessons we need to make mistakes and when I do, offer constructinve positive criticism without judging me.
    4. When I am not feeling good about myself help me realize that regardless of how bad something may seem, that there is always someone who is worse off than I am and that in time all things will pass.
    5. Guide me do not try and control me. Is it no true if you grab ahold of someone their natural reaction is to pull away and if you chase someone they usually will run away. Help me understand that in order for me to receive I must give. But do not give if you are doing so with the expectation of something in return. I must give with no expectation of receiving anything and I must give from the heart.
    6. Help me stay on track and if I start to slip pull me up and let me know because sometimes we get so focused on something that we forget about all of the things that got us to this point in our life.
    7. Help promote me in having faith in what I am doing. Encourage me to give it my best do not allow me to give up because I failed. You cannot experience sucess until you have experienced failure they go hand in hand.
And last but not least believe in me, be trust in me and have faith and hope that I will become the best possible person that I am capable of and help me to help others. We teach what we need to learn the most. It is through love, kindness and compassion that we learn how to better ourselves and become a role model for someone else. These are the things that I feel an organization can do to help me fulfill all of my dreams.

In closing I would like to wish you all of life;s wonderful gifts and I would like to thank you for allowing me the priviledge to post an answer to your excellent question. I would be delighted if you responded to my answer and/or critique it. Once again thank you for the honor of allowing me to answer a question. Peace!

Pay for the employees college and accommodate them to succeed...Show the employee when and how pay raises are achieved and or earned....

Show the employee what other job opportunities are available that could be a STEP up from where the employee is and the steps and ways to make the opportunity of attaining that upgraded job a reality...

Like the Army when Person comes into the organization you make them feel as important and valuable as the boss and people who run the organization!!!!!

Also teaching healthy classes in "Office Boundaries "that the ones on the top live by and follow not just teach....better known as "Leading By Example"

Organization is a very important thing that helps us in every step of our acievements. This is something that makes our everyday goals to make it much more easier and faster to do. To tell you the truth i am very disorganized person who is in high school. My room is a mess because it is surrounded by clothes which are clean and some are not. When I get up in the morning, I get so frustrated because I am waking up with clothes around me. Now I don't know which outfit to wear. Naturally it makes me look out of proportioned because I throw a sweat shirt and a sweat pant on me. This not only makes my room look bad but also have an effect on other things. I was looking bad and i was having low confidence and this envirnment didn't make me achieve anything. I was actually loosing more rather than gaining. So being organized might sound too hard but once you get the hang of it....things will just get better and it feels like there is a new life that is being borned.

By providing a working environment that's sincere to its objectives - mission and vision; by taking care of its employees' basic needs while the employee is working hard to help the company achieve its goals; by providing the challenge, motivation and opportunities for professional growth.

well, you have two separate questions
My definition of, dreams: Goals without a deadline
Once you set a deadline, then
#1: An organization can help by "sponsoring" your goal.

#2: not sure because about an "Organization". One must find their "true potential" from within, their "inspiration" must come from a "Higher Power", and the definition of that must be personal, in order for it to be true.

Even if your "Higher Power" be self confidence, you must be able to hold that which inspires above reproach.

Most Organizations, seem more interested in "helping themselves" anyway, like to the cash flow.
So tell me, what is the percentage of money that is donated to charity, that actually makes it to the "cause", for example: United Way? I hear it is 1%! One penny per dollar actually makes it to the "cause".

Now, are YOU going to tell me that the CEO, CFO, etc., drive hooptey cars and wear suits from the thrift shop, and ... WORK FOR MINIMUM WAGE, in order for the needed person to get a MAXIMUM amount?

To surmise, One either makes dust, or eats dust.

This is somewhat of a loaded question.

Everyone has differing dreams and therefore an
endless pool of things it will take to achieve those
    dreams.

Some of us may require financial means to achieve
our goals and yet others simply achieve their dreams
by raising children and having a loving family.

It is ultimately up to the individual to find ways to achieve
their goals and dreams. If part of that dream means
wealth then a company can obviously help by paying
well. Of course, companies typically only pay well to those
that produce so you'll have to work hard to achieve what
    you want.

At the end of the day an organization has a responsibility to its' owner(s), stockholders, and customers (by producing a quality service or product). Most organizations in this process want to hire the best employees they can that will produce as much as they can. This is simple business. A company or organization will more often than not want to implement a good working environment, pay a competitive salary & benefits package, etc. in order to get & maintain their employees. Ultimately this has nothing to do with an organization helping you achieve your goals & dreams, it is about acheiving the goals of the organization.

Only individuals are able to identify & acheive their goals & dreams and they may use an organization to do that just as the organization uses them to acheive theirs.

I belong to many organizations. Some I have spent time volunteering with, some I make donations, some I lobby for a cause, and some are spiritual and some I worked for earning a salary. Some only consider non-profit status an organization but I believe an organization can be any group of people of any age. Only you can fulfill your life dreams but if group participation helps you do this that is the answer.

An organization is a symbol, a representation for our ambitions and the leader of one should, ideally, be the ultimate embodiment of this. It is something that we can relate to because it is a physical manifestation, a creed we can follow, something we can believe in. This in turn will motivate us to pursue our dreams, transforming the "could be" into a "can be," and, in doing so, allow us to further explore the realms of our potential. In short, organizations, in this way, help us translate our thoughts into actions. People who feel a given organization accurately mirrors their ambitions and dreams will work at their maximum capacity for the company, ensuring a peaceful coexistence between the individual and the organization.

In my martial arts class, its principles are determination, discipline, and, above all, respect, each of which I strongly believe. The master of the school follows and enforces these ideals and is followed by all the other students, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere. Through the physical portrayals of these principles such as bowing to the master, shaking hands with everyone at the end of class, and watching everyone work their hardest; I've developed a trust between the community and me. With this trust, I was always willing to put in my one hundred percent because I felt that I could identify with the community, giving me a good opportunity to explore myself from within which gives me every single day the opportunity to discover my true potential and so putting me on the road to fulfill my life's dreams.

my life dreams are being fulfilled by myself. organizations can only help if their agendas are to help the people for the people by the people. If a person has a dream to become a sole owner of a company and lack the funds to begin this, an agency could sponser this person with money to begin, then over time pay back the amount with little interest. The organization can help by assisting with emotional hurdles that develop when change begins, setting up mentors, peers etc...coaching techniques, building self-esteem

By responding to different disasters, fires, floods, hurricanes, tornados, plane crashes, train derailments, building explosions etc.

I had learned that my true potential was helping people, that life is so frail, for laughter this second, can bring on years of tears.

That to know where & how high we climb on the ladder of success,in an instant it can be taken away or loose it's meaning. In the long run, we all need each other. My truest highest potential, I learned how to be a spiritual human being.

Hello, I feel empowered that I will finally get onto the front page of one of your questions.

First of all I must disagree with your statement. There are some organizations out there that can change people's lives, but the vast majority do not accomplish anything. As far as full filling your life dreams, that's completely ridiculous, and "inspire" you, come on.

Although I'm really not sure what type of organization you're talking about, In general they're not that much of anything, and in no way would they inspire you to do something, or allow you live up to your full potential. That needs to come from within yourself. Although I'm sure there are a few exceptions.

Also for the record, I have great respect for you, and your life work. I simply disagree on this occasion. I look forward to doing this again sometime.

if i could find an organisation that can help me found my own foundation for the peoples with no family, like me. i`ll be blessed. now that i`m 42, i well know too much how it is to live in this world and having absolutely no guidance, no support, no love. and my dream is that. i`d like to create a place where the peoples could come over and ask for guidance, learn to cook or maintain a house. anything about living a life. ( a life coach) i became very self-sufficient, and i`ve learned my life with books like yours and i`m very natural in my ways. i really would like to teach also about how to deal with your emotions and to eat right for their blood type. we need to relearn how to live. i`ve been praying and i know that i will get it, no matter if i have the help of an organisation or not it doesn`t matter as God will bring me where He wants me to be. He always did, when i was listening. I would like to share what i discover.
In my believe our purpose in life is to discover our skills and talents as individual so that we can live as a community. i think that our parents are responsible for that, at first. then the rest of the world to help us discover these skills as we grow-up. God knew that living on earth could be hard and that there is a lot to be done so that`s why we have so many different skilled and talented peoples. ( but in our days machines and etc... are taking over our craftmen, and etc...) if i`m a leader, i cannot be a servant and vice & versa. we all need each other in order to have it all. and it`s with respect and appreciation that you can have it. love each other

An "organization" cannot. Only God and Jesus Christ can help you live up to your true potential.
    Are you not a Christian?
(and no religion and the Church are not organizations, they are fellowships for the Christians to gather and share the love of God)

My answer to first part of your question: An organization providing a mentor to work with me in finishing my book to help families be there in the last hours of life. Mentoring me through to completion, getting it edited, published and distributed. A person to check in with, receive guidance and support in setting goals, staying on target and whom has knowledge and experience on getting a book out, or advise where to go for info. Mentor provided without charge.

Or perhaps instead of a mentor, there would be groups within the organization, where people with a similar goals come together with a facilitative structure support one another, inviting experts in to provide info and answer relevant questions of the group.

Or better yet, the organization sets up site where we do all of above on the Internet. Including attracting a large base of people in need of mentoring in realizing their stated goal. And attracting "life experience" people to mentor and experts to advise. The organization would screen those wanting mentor-ship, the mentors and the experts and guarantee confidentiality and safety of the mentored .

Second part of your question: I have plenty of inspiration; it is the actualization of my true potential that I need help with. Time management, prioritizing and motivation. I want to return to my speaking and providing community workshops ; get non profit organization (I founded) back on Internet with the goal no one need die alone. And families not be alone at one of the most important time to be with another

    Source(s):

The knowing comes from deep inside. It is validated by the world around me and by the joy it brings me and the passion. Years ago (when I was 50) I demanded God to give me a mission. Soon after a patient I was caring for asked, "When it gets near will you talk me through it?" . When she was dying , I was there for her and saw a need for some kind of loving guidance in those last hours. That was/is clearly my mission.

"Life dreams for most people are in terms of accomplishments. When you can teach your employees how to enliven and know the source of their being and utilize the knowledge of the universe, then all riches flow - especially in terms of living the fulfillment of desire (life dreams). When this source is known through enlightenment, then desire becomes fulfilled on the level of the desire. Fulfillment of desire is known and lived in the life of the full potential of the individual, who is functioning within the field of all possibilities." *

An ORGANIZATION CANNOT help you fullfill your dreams.

A person's dreams are intrinsic to them, and for the dream to have real value they MUST be achieved through the individuals OWN effort.

The best thing an organization (such as GOVERNMENT) can do for the individual is "GET THE H*LL OUT OF THE WAY"
