I still like "the big fundamental" better.

Duncan's nickname, "Big Fundamental" is a sad reminder of the state of NBA basketball today. The fact that Duncan's fundamentally sound style of play STANDS OUT amongst his peers, enough to actually create a nickname for it, just shows you that your average NBA player is all flash with no substance.

"Stone Buddha" rocks. I think the concept behind it is similar to "Babyface Assasin". Duncan is an emotionless b@stard who will kill you and your team. One particular basketball Hall of Famer remarked, Duncan has THE LEAST WASTED MOTION AND EMOTION in the basketball court.
