Does anyone know of a good online (printable) oboe fingering chart, or have any tips for a beggining oboist?

but like the other respondent said, go to a music shop and get an oboe primer that has both music exercises and a fingering chart.

My advice is to go to a local music store and buy a beginner oboe music book! It often includes a very good fingering chart, plus some music that you can start out with.

Do you have an oboe teacher or someone? You could probably get one from them. As for tips...always keep a smally cup of water near to put your reed in(the reeds are quite a nuisance). That way you won't end up with a dry reed. You might've already knew that, but oh well.
