USA: Oven cooked pot roast with onions, potatoes, and carrots. Fried chicken, Jello-fruit desserts, mac and cheese with cut up hot dogs in it. Casseroles were real big then , such as tuna-noodle casserole with mushroom soup, peas, and canned Durkee onion rings and/or cashew bits. In those days you heard nothing about cholesterol. Good luck and have fun!
