What is the ADT Quick Connect System? Can I use it in my apartment as a renter?

Do you recommend any other alarm systems for me being a renter? I plan to buy a home one year from now - so transfering service to an in-home system or having an "apartment" plan month to month would be valuable for me.

ADT Quick Connect System is a wireless alarm system with wireless control options. ADT usually requires a 3 or 5 year contract term and about $30 month.

Since it is wireless you should be able to move it to your new home with little difficulty.

GE makes a wireless alarm system also. You could purchase it without the high monthly lease payments. The service cost on this system would be $18 month.
