SQL Injection / putting a = 'a' in a field making whatever statement automatically true when logginging in.

Cross Site Scripting / putting javascript in forms and submitting and running that javascript on submit that allows me to run some ajax code on the server side and doing whatever I like.

If your application uses a database and accepts user input, be sure to limit what the user is able to insert into your database! If you don't, they could insert a SQL statement that drops all the tables in your database!
