codominance is the term used for a gene that has 2 or more dominant alleles. When the individual is heterozygous for 2 dominant alleles, the phenotype is a combination of the 2. For example in certain types of flowers, the pigments are codominant. If you cross a homozygous white flower with a homozygous red flower, you will get pink flowered offspring. Another example of this is with blood types. Both A and B are dominant (O is recessive). If you cross a homozygous A with a homozygous B, you will get offspring with the bloodtype AB which expresses both the A and the B phenotypes.
