What does "the king of all that's said and done" mean?

The quote is from a lyric titled "walking disaster" played by a punk rock band "Sum 41."

The line goes just like this:
"*******
I'm just a kid with no ambitions
Wouldn't come home for the world
Never know what I've become
The king of all that's said and done
The forgotten son
******"

Given the context, what exactly does this phrase "the king of all that's said and done" mean?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. :)

Firstly, I would not over exert myself in finding a meaning given the source.

However, I will say this much off the top of my head.
"When it's all said and done" is used when making a summary.

Here it is used as an summing up of all the derogatory remarks that have been said about him.
He is the lost son, without a goal in life, adrift from home etc.

However,he has been such a constant source of conversation that others are forever counting off his misdemeanours. So much so the he now considers himself The king of "All that's said and done". No one else can match him.

"Never know......become" suggests that he has done something with his life.

"The forgotten son" does not fit in with the constant criticism as "King.......done"

You may find a clue in the rest of the lyric to justify these two misfits, as I see them. Personally, I would be surprised if the song was expected to stand up under any literary criticism.

How did I go?

It might have been better if you googled the entire lyric and gave me your final answer. But generally I get the message, thanks!
