Im looking for an old cartoon i saw when i was a kid. Its about this wolf and this goat and the goat is always following the goat and the wolf says stuff like "doggone yall billys back! i sure have missed you billy boy boy boy"

Additional Details

The goat kept eating everything and the wolf kept calling the goat "Billy-boy" Then the wolf puts the goat on rail-road tracks and sends him on his way. The goat comes back though, with stickers from different cities all over him.

"Billy Boy" (1954) it was made by Tex Avery at MGM after he left Warner Brothers.
