thats not the whole sentence.. just part of it, the question is... do i put a comma after the question mark? after "Where Have You Been?" to connect the thoughts or no?

the first answerer is right...if the question mark is part of the title, then the comma would HAVE TO go after the question mark...but it also HAS TO BE after the "

and for the other titles, the comma needs to go after the quotes, for example:

Jamaica Kincaid's "Girl", Joyce Carol Oates' ...

They are not quotes they are titles...that is why the comma goes after the "
