Watch NHL games online for free?

i have downloaded sopcast to watch live streaming games but most of the time it says the channel is offline even when the game is in progress

Sopcast is most likely your best bet still. I don't know how you look to see what channel your game is on, but try going to myp2p.eu then go to live sports.(When close to gametime) They have a list of some of the games going on and if you click on the game you would like, it should bring up a list of channels. Sometimes those say the channel is offline though, and some need VLC or somthing like that to watch...

You can find a station by going to the same site then to the Forums.(You do NOT need an account or anything) Go down to NHL and click on it, then there should be a link that says, "NHL Today (the days date) STREAMING" and it gives the games and the link that automatically opens the channel.

Make sure you have the latest Sopcast because I needed to download the latest to watch the game.

well im not familiar with sopcast but yahoo sometimes has games on...

Go to yahoo sports, they select one game you can watch for free, its not everyday though the link is below. When your able to watch the games it will say it next to the games, in the scoreboard.(scroll down on the right)
