1. Dont focus on all the negative and unhappy. Realize life is beautiful and rejoice!

2. Actually listen to everything a person has to say. Do not judge do not interuppt listen until they are finished. Then be supportive without giving your opnion unless it is requested. Your opnion is just that yours.

3. Education is meant to broaden horizons. Show students one sea boarder to the other.

4. Why be here if you arent happy. Your only purpose on earth is to live a happy purpose driven life!
