What is a good handmade Christmas gift that costs nothing, and is really cool?
I want to make some Christmas gifts coz its better than buying stuff. I just want good ideas that people love.
Additional Details
I don't mind spending a little money on materials. Just something that doesn't cost too much.

I got some small pieces of scrap wood from a neighbors kindling pile, I painted it green, then sanded it a bit so it looked roughly painted, I glued on some scrabble letters so it spelled PEACE, and I drilled two holes and put a ribbon through it.
Last year I got wool sweaters at the thrift store, washed and dried them so they turned into felt, then cut them up and sewed them into scarves.
If you like to cook, it's fun to make jelly. You can tie on a circle of fabric on the top and tie it with a ribbon.
It's also fun to take pictures throughout the year of your friends, then buy some cheap frames. They always remember the good time you had together.
This year I had a bumper crop of tomatoes an cucumbers, so I made pickles and salsa, and delivered it in October. I feel so ahead of the game!

Just about everything is going to cost *Something*. The only gift I'm familiar with that doesn't actually cost anything would be the Coupon Book. This can have a number of "coupons" that your family or friends can give to you & in return recieve the favor listed on that particular coupon. (Hugs, Kisses, Chores, Any form of an activity you can think of).
Other than that, some of my "home made" gifts include baking, mixed cd's, christmas cards, and some things that require some bought materials (so I won't list them here)

A scrapbook, they are so fun to make, give, and receive. I made my first one this past summer for my husband. I put pics of us throughout the year. He actually cried when he looked through it!
If you need an original Christmas Gifts try http://www.photoartomation.com/ArtWork/Christmas/Christmas_Parents.htm
They convert ordinary photo into beautiful art and print them on art paper or canvas
I ordered a large poster print. That was awesome!
