What is jiao men chang quan (long fist)?

I would like to know the history of the style such as when it was created, and how many forms are in the style.

It's an old Shaolin form. Long fist is the name of the form. It is a Shaolin form that focuses on short power in movements (though not always obviously). No one is sure exactly when it was created but it would obviously be after the founding of shaolin around 500 ad.
