Is it true TV goes all digital on February 18, 2009?

Does that mean cable will now be all HD and old TVs won't work anymore? Will we have to pay more or will it be the same as regular cable?

Antenna signals for Standard Def television will be all digital.

CATV and SAT users wont have to change anything.

Converter box's will be for sale so older TV's will continue to work.
