It is kinda hard to say...Certain women look good with it. But some women do not. If you're a sensual woman then it most likely will work for you, but if your not, then it might not look good. I hope you don't get offended by what i said, but it is MY opinion, and that is what you asked for.

Really depends on the nipple. A nipple piercing on an ugly breast accentuates the ugliness, and vice versa.

If you feel comfortable with it and you really want it, go ahead. Different people want different things. If you ask ten men, they'll say ten different things. The only thing that matters is what you want.

But, apparently it makes nipples super sensitive and will be more pleasureable when you do stuff. But don't take my word for it.
