You shouldn't ask for answers. These are problems that you need to learn how to do. You won't be able to get math help later on, and you will fail completely. To get the decimal answer, multiply the denominator and the numerator both by the number it takes to get the bottom number to 100. For instance, the first one, multiply the top and bottom by 20 to get 60/100. Move the decimal place to the left 2 times to get .6 which is less than .7. Try this method with the other ones. Prime factorization is hard for me to explain... sorry.

prime factorization is factoring using prime numbers. prime numbers are numbers that are the only factors are the number itself and 1, like 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, etc.

132 = 2 * 2 * 3 * 11

Every number can be expressed as the product of only prime numbers... basically, you divide the number by things until you can't divide it into whole numbers anymore.
132: let's factor out a 2 first
=2*66 Take out another 2
=2*2*33 take out a 3
=2*2*3*11 <<These are all prime numbers, so we have found the prime factorization.
