I an writing an essay, AP, for jamaica kincaid's "ON seeing England for the first time. and we have to write an essay analyzing the rhetorical stategies Kinciad empolys to comvey her attitude toward England.

I was just wondering if Hatred is an Attitude.

Hatred is an attitude, but talk about TONE. Other strategies might be: imagery, figurative language, point of view, diction (word choice) syntax (are there long sentences? short ones? what is the effect?) Also, how is the information arranged? Is this is for AP Languagae and COMP, discuss that. If it is for AP LIT samet hing, but I would focus more on imagery, tone, diction and point of view.
