I should read a good book, need recommendations, but really read the question, will you?
so far, I'd say my favorite authors are JD Salinger and Brett Easton Ellis, and am totally unapologetic about putting those two names in the same sentence. Neither of them had, or have had, any problem with putting characters into situations involving humility, comedy, drama, whatever. I mostly like drama born from comedy, like jim and pam in The Office, but I also like comedy born from horror, like American Psycho (me and my two friends were the only ones laughing in the theater for that one). if your answer is, "hey, you're a sicko, refer to this site for psychoanalisis," your answer will be deleted/marked as spam and all that. to all else, gimme a book, yes? the world is devoid enough of literates. word.
