Camille Paglia?

Can someone explain in depth details to what Camille is trying to convey In "Rape: A Bigger Danger than Feminists Know"; I understand certain points; wheras she explain if a young women goes to a frat party and get's drunk; she literally asking to get rape because of men overwhelming desires...but I can't gather nothing else lol

    She's trying to explain that there are things women can do to prevent date rape. For example, don't leave your drink alone, don't accept one from anyone but the bartender, don't get reeling drunk, and don't give them any ideas. But no matter what the woman does (or doesn't do), rape is never justifiable.
