The ionization energy is the amount of energy it takes to remove one electron from the atom.

    Usually but not ever, you may think that Outermost Electron's Ionization Energies rise while you move upon the Periodic Table along Righward and Upward Directions.
    The most common chemical elements seems to obey this simple criterion hence

    O > S > P > Al > Na > K
