If you get pregnant while on birth control pills, would you still get a withdrawal bleed?

Anyone that got pregnant while on birth control, did you still get a withdrawal bleed on your inactive week?

I didnt, but the answer would be no. It is fairly common to spot a BIT during the first weeks or pregnancy or even implantion though. But as far as starting to bleed when you take the inactive pills, no.
