I do not know what IP Chicken is, however if you call your internet provider they can tell you your IP Address and It should be listed on your computer under Network Connections.

www.IPChicken.com gives you the IP address assigned to your router by the ISP or the Internet Service Provider.

It is not the IP address of your local computer though, if you're on a local LAN or local network.

For that you need to START --> RUN --> CMD
And herein
IPCONFIG /ALL
