Es el controlador que maneja tu notebook con la tarjeta de red que tiene y por ende para que se comunique con ella y te puedas conectar a una red inalambrica.

Por cierto las Atheros son muy buenas.

(no la vayas a desinstalar!!!)

    es el driver de tu tarjeta inalambrica. Simplemente controla los procesos de esta.
