So, is it odd that my penis is darker than the rest of my body? Would this be considered a turn-off to women?

It is absolutely normal for your penis to be darker than the rest of your body. It is even normal if it is curved a tad. Penises come in all shapes, sizes and colors. As far as your question about it being a turn off to women??? IT SHOULD NOT BE! If a woman is turned off by that then she is way too critical and judgmental and maybe even inexperienced. Having unique private parts should be a turn on and not a turn off. Variety is the spice of life, ya know?

No its not odd, its normal, and it shows sign of sexual maturity.

It shouldnt be a turn off to women as they have dark-toned privates too :P!

oh that just means you got yours cut off when you were little and replaced with a bigger one from a darker person.
