Anything that has a slippery feeling to it, such as lotions, baby oils, vaseline, butter, cooking oil, etc..... If it is slippery and it doesn't cause burns or rashes then use that. Avois anything with menthol in it since that would probably burn like crazy. In a pinch I guess you could use your spit, but I'm not sure if that would be slippery enough.

I'd say Vaseline if you have any, or baby oil. If you're really stuck then any vegetable based oil will do (sunflower, cooking etc) but make sure you wash properly afterwards or you'll smell like a chip shop.

I would say avoid soap based things like shampoo etc as they could take some skin cells from you and make you sore if over used
