Tylenol PM abuse and addiction?

I just read an article online about the addiction and abuse that can come from taking Tylenol PM. Should I avoid taking it as a sleep aid or at what point might it become an addiction or have the undesired hallucinogenic effects?

of course avoid it using it

it takes 150 mg / dl in blood to turn hallucinogenic

BUT u r definitely an addict if u cant sleep without it

there are lots of other better sleep aids

search insomnia

if you have to take it to get to sleep then you're in trouble of becoming dependent. Also taking too much could cause hallucination. Be careful.
