What should i do when my suit become shiny? Is there any chemical or spray to wash it out for that?

Sounds like it has been dry cleaned and pressed ALOT.
Blended fabrics can tend to have a shiny look when the temperature on iron/pressing machine is too high. This might be causing a slight melt/burning of the fabric. You might try dry cleaning with no press afterwards. This might help, if not it might be time for a new suit with no synthetic blend.
