I'm trying to look up foreclosed homes in cleveland for free but every website I go to ask me to enter a crdit card #. I don't want to do that I just want to look it up for free.

You don't want foreclosed homes they're listed at market. If you're looking for wholesale deals you can either go to your local court house and look for pre foreclosures listed under lis pendis or notice of defaults or go to www.platinumreic.com
