Froinlaven! What does it mean?

I think it has something to do with animaniacs, there is nothing on the internet about this, i'm not really sure what it means or what it is from, does anyone know?

as best as i can figure out, "froinlaven" (or froylaven") is actually either froy leben (yiddish) or frau leben (german), meaning literally something like "live (as in "a long life to you"), woman." in animaniacs, it's meant to be a translation of "nice lady."

"froinleven" is used in the animaniacs episode "hearts of twilight" by a jerry lewis-like actor. (his followers chant it and use it as a password, which is probably what led to its use as an animaniacs insider reference). the same character was in an earlier episode ("hello nice warners"), where you heard him saying things like "oh lady, nice lady"--a jerry lewis catchphrase. i don't know if the real jerry lewis, who was jewish, used much yiddish in his own comedy, or if this is even a real phrase, but at least in the animaniacs universe, it makes sense. "froylaven" was used in at least one other animaniacs episode, "clown and out."

I don't recall the source, so I can't back it up beyond my memory... but I wondered the same years ago and the answer I came up with, was yiddish slang and loosely translated meant 'to be pleased with oneself'. Also, I thought the Jerry Lewis-esque character also had hints of Spielberg himself.
