Road route from Chennai to Chidambaram to Kumbakonam to Tanjore to Tiruchi to back to Chennai?

chennai-tambaram-tindivanam to vikravandi after some 3 to 4 km there wil be a seprate road cut from nh to panruti-vadalur-sethiathope to bhuvangiri and to chidambaram to srikazhi-to mayavaram to-kumbakonamto-tanjore to-tiruchi to-srirangam-to ulandurpet to -villipuram- to tindivanam- to chennai.

* Chennai to Chidambaram u have two routes one is thru ECR (via Mahabalipuram & Pondicherry) and the other one is thru Tindivanam & Pondicherry, then Kadalur. U choose either of them. ECR will be fastest & the condn of the roads are good.

* From Chidambaram to Kumbakonam - via Seerkazhi & Mayiladuthurai - it wil take u around 2.30 hrs journey. U will have troubles in the road conditions for few km (but not worst)

* From Kumbakonam to Thanjavur - it is an less than an hour journey via swamimalai, papanasam, ayyampettai.

* Tanjore to trichy 1 hrs + (60 km) via vallam, Thuvakudi, Thiruverumbur.

* Trichy to Chennai via Villupuram. (6 hrs journey)
