How to tilt or adjust the angle of patio umbrella?

I have an adjustable patio umbrella but not sure how to change the angles. It has some buttons close to the top and the crank. What do I do?

Just press the button and tilt the top to whichever direction you want.

On mine you push in the buttons (mine are near the crank) and firmly grab the pole and it tilts. Mine all tilt toward the side that the button is NOT on, if that helps. On some of them they have multiple settings you can click into as you tilt the umbrella, but on some of mine you can only tilt it all of the way or not at all.

With one hand push in the buttonand at the same time tilt the umbrella with your other hand.

The entire umbrella will swivel from side to side as the day progresses... all you nee to concern your self with is the top button wih controls the angle. And even that will need constant modification as the day progresses. So Aim to the sun and tilt in the direction needed as needed.

Call someone to help you. Its easy but needs a helping hand to balance the umbrella in fixing the screw and knots to hold firmly in place.
