Is my PSP Semi Bricked????

I've asked alot of questions about my psp but i've got to kno is my psp semi bricked cause someonee told me if it's semi bricked then when it turns you'll see that screen that says sony blah blah blah on it and then it will freeze up and turn off. mine shows that thing but sometimes it doesn't freeze up and i can listen to music and crap but after awhile it will freeze up and turn off so is it semi bricked or is something else wrong wit it????

whats the screen say? if its red and says your psp has suffered a serious internal error, then its on the way to be fully bricked.
if you dont have custom firmware, i dont believe you can semi brick it... that requires access to the flash0 folder... and sony firmware doesnt allow that.
