Aspirin is a pain killer & anti inflammatory. Use it wisely & you'll be fine.
Too much of anything can be bad computer mice, too many repeated questions/answers ect. RSI injury.

If you take too much aspirin (tylenol, excedrin, whatever) it can seriously damage your liver.
other more serious painkillers like oxycontin are SERIOUSLY addictive...if you get addicted to that you can easily move onto heroin or other street drugs...

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you're considering overdosing on aspirin... don't! It'll eat away your stomach lining and it can be caustic to your hearing. If you're just curious about what the maximum dosage for aspirin is, that is something a doctor needs to tell you.

Sorry for jumping to any conclusions. I just don't want you to do anything to hurt yourself.

you get overdosed and get sick and could end up dieing. do not take medicine, only for really bad situations.

Well depending on if the overdose is caught they can treat you for it, even though you may still have liver and kidney damage, but without treatment you can possibly die. Aspirin is a painkiller.
