What is the difference between hydrocodone m357 & m358? Side effects?

My wife and I have been prescribed this for separate issues. She has something of an allergic reaction (feels goofy) and mine works fine (for back pain). We'd like to know the difference if there is one.

Different dosages, different ingredients. One of these, the 357, is 5mg hydrocodone with 500 mg. of acetaminophen.
I think the other one is 7.5 mg, but I do not know. Look at your prescription bottles.
Maybe the 358 is just hydrocodone with no NSAID.
Lots of people use Vicodin as a recreational drug because they enjoy that goofy feeling. It is not an allergic reaction. However, when you are in pain, it typically just fights the pain and may cause you to be a little sleepy.
Like I said, all you have to do is read your prescription bottles to figure out the difference.

Common sense, look at your prescription bottles before you take any kind of meds.
