What is the best blood building tonic?

i need a blood building tonic for my bro who is only 8....he got weak after having high fever does anyone know any vitamins or any food that will help?

hi.......i suggest for ur brother to take Feroglobin B12 its great for any age even for pregnant woman and teens who are having periods... i take it everyday since i am a little underweight but now i am so okay..and tell him to eat lots of veggies and drink milk.....

    A good protein supplement will do. Leafy vegetables are also good. Dexorange may be good if available in your place. Whether it is available without prescription, you need to check if your doctor won't prescribe it.

    Anything with a good amount of Iron in it. Like Geritol. Look in your local drug store for OTC tonics. Be careful with Iron supplements though, you can build up to much in your blood and and it can cause other health issues. the body does not eliminate Iron well. It will also make you constipated as well. Take a stool softener with tonic.
