Can i use adapalene differin cream at evening(prescribed) and clearasil cream in morning?

No. Just the prescribed one. Give it four weeks to make a difference, as long you use it as prescribed. If not working for you go back and see the Dr.

To many acne meds, can make you skin more irritable, red and sensitive. I think your to use a sunblock during the day hours.
