MOVISTAR Peru ?? What site do you send the SMS from ?

There is a site, which I have lost from my favourites. A site, where I could send a pesron with Movistar mobile a free SMS by typing in that person's mobile number, the city (which is in my case Arequipa), and the message. What is the Peruvian site ?

Hmm, the design has changed??? It was different back then. There was a family running.....
