At first I used 4shared.com , but there is a program Aver that lets you download any anime music and show. So I recommend both!

http://www.gendou.com is alright. It's the most well known out of all sites, but you do have to register to download files.

- http://www.animeost.net has an extensive list of anime soundtracks as well.

- http://gh.ffshrine.org is one of my favorite sites to download anime soundtracks. If you register on their forum, it's free, and some members post music that you can't find anywhere else. ^^

Also, be aware that there are fansites catered to specific anime (ex, naruto, sailor moon, etc..) so they'll also have music to download as well.

There are always other options of searching for music, you can download OSTs from torrent sites, FTP, or just through other filesharing sites, such as Limewire.
