In your lifetime, do you see NASA sending a Man Mission to the Red Planet of Mars?

NASA has sent Men to the Moon many times in history but has not sent a Manned Mission to Mars. In your lifetime, do you see a Man Mission to Mars? Why or why not?

I am still young, I think I will live to see a man mission to Mars. For those who think they will be old, there is a big leap in biology that will enable rejuvination to take place, so may be some of us will be lucky enough to live for 500 years to even see manned mission to Pluto.

This is what my optimistic mind say to me.
