it's not a cheat and can only be accessed by modifying the game, which is why it's only available for the PC version of the game. Unlike say a button combination that refills your health, this was a program that could be downloaded to alter the code to allow players to access an older part of the game that got taken out (but not completely removed) before the game went ot retail

hot coffee is a sex mod for SA you get to do nasty things which your parents would kill you if they saw that on your game.

before you ask no you cant get it for ps2 its only for the pc version.
